The company is very good with responding and helping customers. It’s just some of their service providers that needs training on how to handle their business. I had two service providers who gave a wrong report, one I requested for a follow up and on follow up they managed to fix a big problem of leaking galvanised pipes inside the wall that was cracking from the leak. I am still to request for a second opinion on the leaking pool
