The claims procedure was not stressful at all, and Lillian Matlala was an excellent agent throughout the process
The claims procedure was not stressful at all, and Lillian Matlala was an excellent agent throughout the process. The only problem was with sorting out our policy and what the premium would be after the claim. As well as an unauthorised deduction from the policy holder's bank account.
