The claim process has been quite simple which I’m chuffed about. Within 12 hours of submitting all the information that was needed, I received confirmation that my claim was approved and fully paid for (minus the excess). The agent I spoke to made the process simple and showed sympathy for my dogs. Thank you for the great service.
