The best service EVER!!

The most professional, helpful service was received from both Faaghir Hendricks and Jevon Harding at Outsurance. When these two people from Outsurance learned that the part for my Lexus is not available in the country, and that I would have to wait a month for it, they jumped in, organize for me to fetch my vehicle at the panel beaters, and then continuously followed up with Lexus South Africa about the part. They also gave regular feed-back to me telephonically, as well as per email. Eventually the part arrived in the country after two weeks, but then it was only half of it. Outsurance again intervened and got in touch with the parts department. They also reduced my excess payment by R1000.00 to try to make up for the inconvenience that I suffered, which was not even their fault, but totally the fault of Lexus South Africa. But what a pleasure, the have insurance with people who listens, understands, and reach out to help in every way possible. What a lovely experience it was, just to be heard, and then to be supported by my insurer in every possible way they could! Well done Outsurance! I am a proud member!!
