The Best Service

My car's clutch cable broke, and I had to get my car towed into the Workshop - I had managed to get my car home, so I phoned Outsurance to ask for a tow in for the next morning. Daniel took my call, asked me what time I would like the tow truck there and told me he would phone me the next morning at 7.30 to check in. At this stage it was 5pm. On the dot the next morning Daniel phoned, and then sent me a text saying the tow truck would be there in 44 minutes (at the exact time I had asked for). The flatbed truck arrived within 42 minutes, the driver was great and very competent.<br> I have been with Outsurance for over 15 years, and their service has always been fantastic. Fast, efficient and reliable, and they always deliver. Thank you Daniel for being the same.
