My appointment was for 7:30am on a Friday morning. I arrived 10 minutes early and to my surprise and delight, Suren was already on site and ready to assist me earlier than the appointed time. He was efficient and professional in the assessment of the damage to my car and facilitated the completion of the report by having everything on hand and ready. The assessment was completed successfully within 15 minutes leaving me feeling completely satisfied and relieved.<br> In addition, we received feedback from Outsurance later the same day.<br> <br> Well done Outsurance!
