The agent who called me was very detailed , explained the car insurance pros and cons and even though I didn’t take the policy he still went over and above to sell me more product that outsurance offers. He didn’t just sell 1 product that I initially enquired about but he went above and beyond . I asked for a call back and he honoured the call back time as well
