The agent Phumla truly listened to me and gave me a reduced premium
The agent Phumla truly listened to me and gave me a reduced premium. She also acknowledged that I been a loyal customer . She advised me to schedule September to negotiate my premium given my increase date is 25 October annually. She was friendly and made me feel heard
