The agent called me within seconds of requesting a quote and after giving us a very acceptable price I asked her to kindly phone me back as I needed to avoid a double premium payment. Low and behold, she kept to her word and phoned again in the arranged time! Not something any sales person would do...!? I really appreciated the fact that she kept the price and her word!
