The agent always clarified and answered till I was satisfied he/she understood my needs
The agent always clarified and answered till I was satisfied he/she understood my needs. They tried to reply until I was satisfied. And always calmly and very respectfully. Immediately after the call, I received an Outsurance e-mail from the agent with my question and Outsurance's answer with any forms I had to fill in or extra info on the issue we'd discussed. Needless to say I was very satisfied.
