The advisors are ALWAYS friendly and knowledgeable. At the end of the day I know OUTsurance is a business but it certainly does not feel that way. I’ve never had a problem with a claim and it’s such a fast and easy way to submit one. The portal is easy to navigate and I’m so pleased there are not 101 verification questions . This being on the portal or if I call the centre with voice recognition. I love OUTsurance ♥️
