I had to put in a claim and the first question they ask if everyone is okay which to me shows that they care. I called and Lillian Matlala assisted me. The whole process was about 1 min and done. I immediately got a sms with the advisors details if I needed any assistance. That is impressive service. I will never go with another insurer again, they don't make up excuses not to pay.
