Thankyou Willem Pretorius from Outsurance!!!Great Service!!!

I would just like to commend Willem Pretorius from Outsurance, today I called in being a previous outsurance client, I moved my one car across as the premiums got to high, but now with my spouses car I thought let me just try outsurance again and I hit Willem, well above and beyond does not begin to describe the level of his service, I could actually hear him smiling on the phone as he spoke, not only was he informative, humorous and someone I wouldnt mind chatting to all day, he was courteous, explanatory, and very helpful. Our line cut and he called me back immediately to continue which doesnt often happen, other places I have had to call back and reexplain everything, he got me a great deal with great excess and he made it seamless and efficient. Thankyou Willem for taking my headache of choosing an insurer away in one call. The energy and enthusiasm and good customer service in this day and age is commendable coming from a customer service training background it was a breath of fresh air.I might even consider bringing my other vehicle back across. Well done outsurance thats how you keep happy customers with team members like Willem who should become team leaders to share that amazing energy.
