Thanks to Outsurance's Slindile Zwane..

I was ****** recently, and for anyone who has gone through that experience of being held up with a fire arm and have your valuables taken from you can clearly testify that it's not a palatable experience. My household items were insured by outsurance and I was most impressed by Slindile Zwane's tenacity, promptness and attention to details... She dealt with the claims swiftly despite the multiple delays from my end cos of the nature of my job.. A lot of the items were even upgraded... It's my 1st claim in years but I am impressed.. Once again thanks Slindile for making ds bad experience a bit better..
