Thanks Outsurance for the recovery of my excess!

OUTsurance had to claim back my excess from a third party. Zaa Mahlangu handled my case. She called me and kept me updated with regards to the progress. Was just informed by her telephonically as well as via email that my excess was recovered and that the full excess amount will be paid into my account within 48 hours of her call. This is a bonus!
