Thanks Outsurance for nothing.
<p>Not Happy today. At the beginning of this month there wasn't enough money in my account for Outsurance debt order too go off. If paid every month and havent claimed since we have the policy even received our Out bonus. This Sunday we went too church and returned too a burgled house. 3 TV'S a computer screen and a IPhone 5 gone. And they dropped my wife's Mac computer. Now they tell us they can't help us because a debit order didn't go off. </p> <p>Thanks Outsurance for nothing.</p>

We are truly sorry to read about the unfortunate incident as we are not insensitive to your loss. The matter was referred but the outcome of the claim will remain unchanged.
OUTsurance will deduct your insurance premium on the requested debit order date. If the payment is unpaid we will provide you with a 15 days grace period and then try to resubmit the premium again to give you cover for the month. If the resubmission of the premium is not successful you will not have cover for that specific month.
