<p>Never expected the great news that I got today. After a long forgotten car accident in 2014 Roxanne Campbell from OUTsurance phoned now to tell me that my excess was recovered. Never expected to get anyting out after a claim and just look at this!!! Definately the best insurance company!!! Thanks for my Christmas present Roxanne. You are awesome!!</p>
