Thankfull

The first time we had a claim due to power surge as we still experience loadshedding etc where we stay.

I submitted my claim on a Sunday, and the agent that assisted us was really great, communicated with us throughout the process and i appreciate that so much.

the claim was completed by wednesday and payout received.
