<p>Just had the most awesome experience..........I called Outsurance regarding my premium and was pleasantly surprised to hear the name of the person on the telephone, FIRST TIME. Usually, I have to ask more than once for the person to pronounce their name - or spell it out for me, but Thembile came though, clearly stating his name and listening to my query with absolute professionalism. To top that, I discovered that because I am a retiree, my premium is adjusted accordingly and he assisted me throughout the process. Thembile, you have just made my Friday 100% better, by being so polite and professional in your service to a customer! </p> <p>PS: Some useful information. I have been a Frontline Receptionist for many, many years, (now retired) and because of that I have been fortunate enough to attend a number of Secretary/Receptionist courses.......one thing that always stood out - and worked well for me, is that one is advised on these courses, to say your personal name last, as in "Welcome to ........or whatever your opening line is, and then add.......you are speaking with (the persons name)".........that way, the last word the person calling, hears, is the persons name, which for some or other reason, remains with the caller who can then associate the Company being called, with the agent/switchboard operator.</p> <p>Thank you again, Thembile Moletsane, from OUTSURANCE!</p>
