We submitted a building insurance claim in May 2015 and originally the claim was handled very poorly by a very unconcerned call centre agent, thus resulting in our claim only being approved after 4 weeks, during this time we had to move out of our house and live with relatives. Eventually our claim was escalated to Stefan De Beer who frankly save Outsurance's reputation and assisted us with great care, professionalism and constant communication. Outsurance if it was not for Stefan De Beer a few horrible letters to the post would have been sent.
