THANK YOU SO MUCH MIKA FOR YOU

I have recently called Outsurance to add more vehicles to my business insurance. The consultant I spoke with together with her manager did not care if I close my account both business and personal. after long telephone conversations and emails back and forth I decided that they do not deserve my business and there and than I decided to cancel my policies as I sensed a I don't care attitude. I asked them numerous times to see that I have had the same vehicles insured before and that I am not willing to pay more for vehicles that is now even two years older than what I paid when they were insured with them I also asked them to check to see that I am a low risk. Well I ended up getting everything canceled. They put me through to a lady called Mika. What an amazing person she was calm and just ready to make my day. She really has talent she knew that she would rather loose a few Rands than 7 vehicles and more to be add on. I would like to express my appreciation to Mika and would urge her to please train her colleges how one conduct business. Thank you so much for you and what you do. You are appreciated.
