I just don’t know where to start, but we interacted with Rachel Twala who journeyed with us though the claiming process . Boy she was beyond excellent, she was more patient with us and frequently gave us feedback. She was transparent with us especially with the incident report she went beyond her call of duty. She treated us with respect and showed us empathy after all that happed. She gave us two options for our pay out 1st Cash and 2nd was full replacement of our Fridge but we went for the 1st option (cash) yes she processed but my husband and I checked the logistics of going to look for a fridge ourselves and it was a No No No, I immediately phoned Rachel to change our option to replacement and without a doubt that was done instantly and feedback was received and service provider was also allocated. The Dhlamini’s are happy with Outstanding service we received and our Fridge was delivered within 24hours. Thank you Rachel and Outsurance
