Thank you Outsurence and Mrs Patricia Vorimani (I am keeping my life policy with Outsurance)

Just wanted to praise an employee of Outsurance (Mrs Patricia Vorimani) for lending an ear and being patient with me when I wanted to cancel my life cover policy with Outsurance(OT***1). I have had a life cover policy with Outsurance for more than 5years now and I wanted to cancel the policy, and loose all the contributions. She listened to my query when all others in the company failed and managed to let the people at the Legal department to call me and resolve my issue. She followed up with the Legal team head, and ensured that I was given a fair chance to state my side of the story.

She is proud of her company (Outsurance). It shows and is evident in how she does her work. She is a star in indeed.

I will now insure my car with Outsurance, because they are trust worthy
