I recently had a claim experience with OUTSURANCE that left me very satisfied. While it did take 31 days to complete the write-off claim, I am happy to say that they paid everything as per my policy.

I want to give a special shoutout to Michelle Olifant, my claim assessor, who went above and beyond to make sure my claim was handled with care and efficiency. Her attention to detail and willingness to help was much appreciated.

Choosing OUTSURANCE for my insurance needs was the right decision for me. I feel confident in their reliability and trustworthiness, which is important when it comes to insurance.

While I frequently receive offers from different grain insurers in SA, I prefer to stay with OUTSURANCE because they have never let me down and they always fulfill their insurance promises.

However, I do have a concern about the new premium that I am currently paying. My previous vehicle was worth nearly 15% more, yet I am now paying nearly 30% more. Despite the fact that I've already addressed this many times in the past month, I'm planning to address this with OUTSURANCE directly to better understand the factors that contribute to my premium.
