Thank you OUTsurance for making Pet insurance easy. I dealt with Chrissy Marutlule on the 14th of October, she was extremely polite and professional on the call. I also asked questions comparing the pet insurance to competitors and she answered them perfectly. She even emailed me the policy wordings so we can both go through the finer details. After 30 mins on the call I ended up signing up the cover. Thank you Chrissy for your assistance yesterday, you did make my life easy when it came to pet insurance.
