Thank you Outsurance for helping with a complicated resolution. We have been insured for more than a decade with you and as a business we dont really make time to review our policies. We absolutely thank you for being fair with a case where you could have plausible denyability for not helping. But you did help. Your agents took the time to detangle 15 years of specified and unspecified items to come to a conclusion that is fair. You could have done things very differently but you chose to be fair. For that reason you will remain our insurer for the next 15 years. We are greatful for your effort not to operate in grey zones.
