Thank you Outsurance Claims Team and Millicent Santi

I was in a stressful car accident on Saturday, 10 November and immediately called to report the claim. I was assisted by MILLICENT SANTI throughout the process.

My car was quickly assessed on Monday 12 November and by Tuesday 13 November the claim was ready for authorisation. I was contacted on a regular basis by the team and updated on the progress of my claim, without having to follow up once.

The claim was paid into my account by Saturday 17 November - this would have been even sooner, but I delayed the process by a couple of days due to wanting to make my own enquiries.
