Thank you Outsurance and Dawid Smith

My husband was recently involved in a car accident. We contacted Outsurance where Nthabiseng Modise handled our claim and passed along the information to Roshni Naidoo. Within a day we were called by Adele du Toit informing us that Dawid Smith from the assessing department in Bloemfontein would contact us. He made arrangements with us before 8.00 a.m. to come and speak to us. Dawid took his time to explain the entire process to me and answered any questions with clarity. I appreciated his promptness, his kind and friendly manner and his patience (while he waited as I finished preparing lunch for my kids). In all honesty, I was impressed by the face of Outsurance in the person of Dawid Smith. Thank you for your service.
