<p>I joined Outsurance in 1999. In the last 5 months I have had more incidents and claims than in all the 17 yrs. I have dealth with quite a few staff. They have been helpful, I was updated on all the claims, follow ups were made, I was provided with details of the contractors and the settlements were mainly hassle free. Thank you outsurance.</p>
