Thank You OUTSURANCE

On the 3rd of March, while I was at work. I got a call from my partner asking me to call fire brigade... My house was on fire. I rushed home only to find that my neighbors managed to stop the fire and fire brigade arrived an hour later. The fire had been stopped. Anyway, I then got a call from Nonie Mathe who processed the claim..... The following day, she sorted me out with accommodation. I apologize to her as I lost it one time when I didn't hear from her, frustration got the best of me. On the 4th, Ernest Mahasha was assigned to be deal with this claim. He kept me informed with everything. The best thing was that, he was being very human about this. He understood the pain and frustration I was under and he re-assured me that everything was gonna be okay. Outsurance sure is lucky to have someone like Ernest Mahasha working in that department. He really made me feel at ease and I say, give that man a bells. So from tomorrow, the contractors will fix my house. This was a disastrous situation but it really helps to have Outsurance on board as life was made easy for me.
