I was involve in an accident on Saturday morning and submit it the same day at about 10h00. The agent that helped me, Daniel Mzi, was very helpful and assist me with evrything relating to the claim. The assesor Jacques Muller did the investigation on Wednesday day and by Thursday my claim was been finalized.
