<p>My Husband Was Hijacked A Few Months Ago, And A Few Days Later, The Car Was Found And The Claims Process With Outsurance Began. The Overall Service Received From Outsurance Was Really Amazing. I Wish I Could Remember All The Names Of Everybody That Assisted In The Different Departments Along The Way, But I Truly Want To Commend The Quality Of The Service Received. The Transition Between Departments Were So Smooth And Effective And I Did Not Have To Run After Anybody At All. Even When I Was Unhappy With Certain Things That Happened During The Repair Process Which The Repair Shop Was Not Willing To Take Responsibility For, Outsurance Quickly Stepped In And Sorted It Out. I Am So Very Grateful To Outsurance For Ensuring That We Got The Best Service Yet. I Had Only Been With Them A Couple Of Months After Needing To Claim, And Yet There Were No Hassles Nor Unexpected Costs Apart From The Stipulated Excess. Thank You To All Involved!<br /> </p>
