I am so impressed with the wonderful assistance I received from Outsurance and the high caliber of customer care staff they employ that are so courteous and respectful. Marlinee has been so patient with me and she deserves recognition for being an great representative of Outsurance and the image they portray as a leading insurance company. I am so grateful for your help Marlinee despite it being rather late in the day that you assisted me yesterday. You obviously have a busy day dealing with strangers all the time but never once did you make me feel uncomfortable or a nuisance. I appreciate your kindness and for caring.
