Thank you Loraine Kgotlang - I am insured with the best

<p>I need to share my story of exceptional service and client satisfaction.</p> <p> </p> <p>I was in a motorcycle accident 3 months ago and ended up in Hospital with a broken pelvis.</p> <p>My wife contacted Outsurance and launched a claim . This is where we met Loraine Kgotlang.</p> <p>The motorcycle was written off and Outsurance paid the bank and myself within 2 1/2 weeks.</p> <p> </p> <p>I then asked my wife to contact Loraine again and that she must make a note that there are other items missing and that Outsurance must please keep this claim open until such time when I can assess what went missing at the accident and accident scene.</p> <p>I did that this week and sent the list Loraine. Outsurance had no issues to give me what was insured and they AGAIN paid out in 2 days.<br /> <br />I would like to thank Outsurance and especially Loraine Kgotlang again for your exceptional service and help to finalise this claim.
