I called Outsurance this morning, asking for advice on the way forward, as I believed our geyser burst. I had the good fortune to talk with Lizette Gouws. Lizette is the epitome of a customer service advisor, professional, well-spoken, friendly, and well-versed in her line of work. BEE Plumbers attended to the issue in less than 2 hours and replaced the geyser promptly. Happy customers! Thank you, Lizette, for your really kind assistance.
