I called outsurance today to cancel my insurance for a few days while I await my vehicle and I was transferred to Liza. She was absolutely AWESOME besdies her lovely voice/personality, she listened to my dilema with empathy and understanding and provided me with an alternative solution which works out great for me , plus received an awesome premium on my insurance. She is an absolute asset to your company and wish I could deal with peope like Liza every time I call a call center.
