Just a little story, we got lost! ended up in Ramsgate, then our car broke down - clutch cable snapped - on our way to church camp in Port Shepstone - we managed to limp into a nearby garage in Ramsgate at about 6pm, the workshop was already closed - the petrol attendant asked me if I was with Outsurance - duh! reminder - yes! Outsurance sent a tow truck within 30 minutes to take the car back to Durban 120km - at no cost - and the tow truck guys even drove us 20 km back inland to the weekend camp - all no charge and great attitudes.
