Thank you for efficient service

This is a late post but I just remembered that I never really gave a proper thank you for excellent service received from this lady. Over a month ago I lost my phone (my life in my palm) , called in to put in a claim and this lady made enough followups to fill in my inbox *kidding*. Thank you for keeping up with my ever changing requirements because we could not find the replacement for my phone. Your friendliness and professionalism made it easy for me to deal with the loss. Eventually
