I would just like to express my gratitude towards the Outsurance tam who handled my claim after an accident and m car being written off. It was handled efficiently and professionally. During the claim process is when you gt to see how valued you truly are by an insurance company and after my experience with OUTsurance, i would recommend them to anyone for that peace of mind they provide during a very stressful situation. My car was fully paid up and the difference left paid into my account. The OUTsurance sales team than went above and beyond the call of duty when i needed a quote for a new car, by tailoring a premium i could afford and regardless of whether its cheaper or not, it is the one i choose because customer loyalty goes further than a few hundred bucks, if you have been given such amazing service.
