Today I don't want to complain but just want to send Kudos to Eugene, a friendly consultant who answered my call when I was stressed about the pipe that burst in the children's bathroom last night. I was not even aware that I was covered for burst pipe. He explained everything to me. I was sent an sms that the plumber will be here in 44 minutes, they arrived in less than 15 minutes. Eugene called back to check if the plumber arrived and if i was assisted well. Thank you Eugene,your energy, passion and service is amazing. Kudos to you
