Erna has been trying her best with recovering the excess on an accident which was not our fault. She was communicating with a very difficult third party but never gave up (even after 7-8 months. She kept us updated all the time on what was happening.
Today she was finally able to give us the good news that the money will be refunded with in the next few days!
