In November 2014, I was involved in an accident with a bus. Although I was not wrong, I was not exempt to the payment of the excess since the case became a legal battle. The journey to get my excess back was long and I had given up hope of getting my money back. The cases of how insurance companies delay repayment process until their clients lose hope was becoming a reality to me. Randall Arendse, however made me realize that Outsurance does not only advertise what they don't practice as I received a call (March 2016) to tell me that my money will be refunded back to me.
