Tess Waller was wonderful!

<p>My beloved mum passed away on 10 Jan and I needed to help my dad change bank details, beneficiaries etc on a number of accounts. Apart from the grief and loss, the extra stress that is created by this is huge. Tess was warm and kind and efficient and made a difficult experience more bearable. Well done to her!
