TERRIBLE UNETHICLE BEHAVIOUR
Very dissatisfied, so glad i moved from Outsurance to Miway. Refused 100% payout. Made false accusations to justify their reason and derailed from the initial accident report. Lack of Integrity i would say. Outsurance Legal Team.... There are no words to describe the way you handled this claim. It's just terrible and unacceptable. One would have expected more... Lesson learnt though.
