Terrible service provided by legal department

Apalling service provided by outsurance. Their client bumped into my NEW car (which has never been damaged before) and i just wanted my car to be given authentic and real parts and not second hand so i did what was instructed and got a quote from the authorised panel beater and Outsurance reverted back to me with a new quote, quoted firstly, by a service provider that has terrible reviews and further tells me my car has to be with them for 4 weeks +( leaving me with no car to commute) and the cherry on the top was the new quote was to no surprise less than the quote i had provided and had not accounted for many of the damages. The main damages had not been accounted for so obviously the quote would be way less. Additionally, i disputed this and they said that i may bring another qoute for the assessors to look at. Noteworthy: these 'expert' assessors sit behind a desk and provide assesments without even looking at the car. They send me a release document saying that they will release 'x' amount but take no responsibility for any hidden damages. As a car owner how would i be comfortable signing a document that has a suspensive condition as such and note nobody informed me that going with my own panel beater and not their service provider has this 'implicit' suspensive condition. The legal consultant ( Thabiso) dealing with this case has been rude, insulting, sarcastic, arrogant and absolutely unprofessional. After 2 weeks of arguing back and fourt( arguing being the operative word as Thabiso continuosly was very unprofessional) i finally was put through to a legal manager(Tshebo), informing her that i need that suspensive condition removed from the release document because according to the CPA a customer is not bound to go with a panelbeater by the choice of the merchant and the customer is allowed to choose whom s/he conducts business with. So after a seemingly fruitless conversation with the manager i receive the same original quote they quoted initially still not taking into account the damage to the boot and the lock and giving me a so-called discount that will not benefit me because im not their client and i would be required to be paid out in full( so hilariously frustrating that they add a discount to the quote which will not benefit me only to reduce the final amount payable) and only now the suspensive condition was removed and they will accept liability. However, so for any other damages i must bear them myself because their quote is considerably less than mine. It is still ongoing and a very frustrating experience and to say the least i will never by choice conduct business with Outsurance ever again! Your slogan saying 'you always get something out' is a joke should be ' you always get NOTHING out'.
