Terrible service-not the first time

<p>We called outsurance for life insurance and all our details were taken for an hour over the phone. We were promised a call back--this was a week ago, to date we have not received a call back. Don't you want our business? If you'll didn't want to offer us life insurance, you'll shouldn't have wasted out time!! Also we were offered a quote for car insurance and this happened previously, where we were given a quote and outsurance could not beat it but they do not want to keep to their word for the R400 offer if they can't beat your car insurance. That is false advertising and every time I am told something else. In the ts and cs, its says you can request a quote every 6 months for that promo. But I am sure you'll will have some excuse! We don't want car insurance with you'll cause your'll can't beat our current insurance. So please stop contacting us and wasting our time. I would however would like an apology from outsurance for wasting our time and for the false advertising.</p>
