Terrible Service. I am Out...

After making a positive review on Helopter about Outsurance, i have to change it to a negative review. What an absolute disaster dealing with this company. My claims advisor was the worst possible person to deal with. Nobody ever calls back. I spend alot of money every month insuring my vehicles and business with Outsurance. Nearly a month after submitting a claim, it is eventually paid out. I felt 10 years older by dealing with this company. Amazing, they spend all this money on advertising, but treat customers like they do not exist. If you are considering insuring with Outsurance, rather choose another company. They are most certainly not one of the better insurers. I am obtaining quotes to move my insurance somewhere else.
