Terrible Service from Outsurance Contractor

So Outsurance got a contractor to do some work at my premises after the storm in Durban on the 10th October 2017. The outsourced company Awesome Awnings installed a light fitting but only put one globe in. When they returned to install the second globe they broke the light fitting. They told me they will come to replace and I told them I want a replacement fitting of my choice as they have installed a fitting that is very difficult to open to install replacement globes. It took this up with outsurance via ********** and it has been a week and I haven't received feedback on this matter. Totally disgusted with the service from outsurance and their outsourced companies.
