Terrible Service from Outsurance and Farber Coachworks

Absolutely atrocious service from Outsurance and Farber Coach Works Paarden Eiland! My car has been in their hands for two months for repairs. The bumper, a pirate part that doesn't even fit my car properly, caused me to make two additional trips back, only to find myself still unhappy with the results. To top it off, the bumper was not properly attached, hanging off on the one side, and the paint job on the handles is a complete disaster after checking it on two separate occasions. To add insult to injury, they had the audacity to call me to collect my car, claiming it was ready when it clearly wasn't. And the nightmare isn't over – I still haven't collected my car; it's still with them, and I have to continuously bug them just to get any feedback on what's going on. Save yourself the headache and avoid this *********** duo at all costs."
