Terrible service from Outsurance
I had requested a quote from outsurance and they could not beat my premium with Miway. I have 2 vehicles and the guy couldn’t assist… I was told that I would get an email to explain how to claim the 400 nothing has come through. Just a sms giving me an otp pin and advising that I should follow steps from the email. Quite upset as I had just wasted my time explaining my details and received no help from Outsurance and was **** to about the 400 payment ********** 910
